Convenience and Privacy Provided with Annandale Walk-out Basement

The basement of our family home provides 1 bedroom (queen bed) and 1 bath with shower. There is a bar with sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. The big screen TV is in the living area which can also easily accommodate a queen size aerobed. The 4 reclining couches also provide some sleeping/napping space. The basement will sleep 4 adults, up to 5 if some are children.

We’ve hosted many guests and families for extended stays during moves and life transitions and have set up the basement to provide privacy and easy access without having to enter/exit through the main level. The laundry room is also available. This is NOT a rental property, it is our personal residence. However, in celebration of this historic inauguration we wanted to open up our home to a family or out-of-town visitors needing a place to stay.

Big House, Beautiful Lake Setting Just 90 minutes from Washington

Lake Anna Virginia is halfway between Washington, D.C. and Richmond Virginia. Lake Anna is the second largest lake located entirely in the state of Virginia and stretches for 17 miles in length with a shoreline of over 200 miles. Lake Anna is an easy drive up I-95 to Washington.

This home is also NOT a rental property; however, it is our vacation home and it set up to accommodate many families. The 5 bedrooms include: Master suite with King Size bed and bath, Guest bedroom with Queen bed, Guest bedroom with double bed and a full bath. The basement game level provides two more Bedrooms each with a Bunk bed and Queen size Futon. The basement includes another full bath, laundry, big screen TV, pool, foosball, ping-pong, air hockey and darts. The full kitchen provides everything you need to accommodate a house full of guests including
stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans and cooking utensils. The main level also has a full deck, screened porch, television, fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of Lake Anna.
